Dixie Center Food Service

We are pleased to present Wayne Sittre and Bob McClellan of Fairway Catering. Together Wayne and Bob provide a combined history of almost 60 years of food service experience.

Wayne Sittre's background includes Little America, Bloomington Country Club, Elks Lodge, and Holiday Inn Resort. Bob McClellan is a third generation chef with a background including Little America, Olympus Hotel and the Holiday Inn Resort. Bob also brings with him the recipe for the famous "Hotel Utah Hardrolls" which Bob's grandfather developed. Adding to the management team is DeAnna Sittre who will assist with the operation in accounting and public relations.

We are excited with the dimension provided by Fairway Catering, Inc. The high standard for exceptional quality of food and superior "white glove" service expected from the catering team will insure a great experience for all those that use the Convention Center.
