For the Deer! - May 21, 2016

On Friday evening we had the pleasure of hosting this foundation’s beautiful banquet in order to raise funds to further their efforts in protecting these wonderful animal’s livelihood. Thank you to all who joined us! We thoroughly enjoyed your visit and look forward to crossing paths again in the future.

The purpose of the Mule Deer Foundation is to ensure the conservation of mule deer, black-tailed deer and their habitat. This foundation does so by restoring, improving and protecting mule deer habitats; encouraging and supporting responsible wildlife management with government agencies, private organizations and landowners; promoting public education and scientific research related to mule deer and wildlife management; supporting and encouraging responsible and ethical behavior and awareness of issues among those whose actions affect mule deer; supporting regulated hunting as a viable component of mule deer and black-tailed deer conservation; and developing programs that focus on recruitment and retention of youth into the shooting sports and conservation.
